• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 4 hours of delivery.
• Eligible returns include wrong items received, defective or damaged products, or colour and size discrepancies (subject to stock availability).
• Items that are used, worn, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
• Refunds will be processed via eSewa or bank transfer once the returned item has been received and inspected.
